Executed while working for a prominent local architectural firm, this residential remodel updates an outdated loft with new finishes and furnishings. Reclaimed wood siding adds warmth to the “cube within a cube”, while new window shades and ceiling fans provide for a more comfortable interior environment. To stay within the client’s budget, the kitchen cabinets are re-painted and simplified. A waterfall counter at the island & new cabinet doors provides more counter space, seating, and an elegant, uncluttered focal point.
